Privacy Policy - Nestly
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
Nestly (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a baby tracking app designed to help parents log feeding, sleep, diapers, vitamins, and growth. Your privacy is our priority. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what your rights are.
2. Data we collect
Data stored locally on your device
All tracking data you enter in the app (feeding, diapers, sleep, vitamins, growth measurements, and baby profiles) is stored only on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.
Data collected by third-party services
RevenueCat We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:
- A random user identifier
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Device type and operating system version
RevenueCat does not have access to baby tracking data. Learn more at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
TelemetryDeck We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous analytics. TelemetryDeck is privacy-focused:
- No personal data is collected
- No IP addresses are stored
- Signals are hashed and cannot be linked to an individual user
- Data is used only to improve the app (for example, to understand which features are used)
Learn more at https://telemetrydeck.com/privacy.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or share:
- Names, email addresses, or other contact information
- Baby tracking data (feeding, diapers, sleep, growth) on external servers
- Location data
- Health data sent to external servers
- Advertising identifiers
4. Protection of minors
Nestly is intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except as described in Section 2 (RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck) and where required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
Because tracking data is stored locally on your device, you remain in full control. Deleting the app removes associated local data. Subscription data managed by RevenueCat is retained according to their policy.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Security
All tracking data remains on your device and is protected by built-in device security mechanisms. We do not have access to this data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
